Your first step is to contact our Service Coordination Team at 403-329-3911, or reach us through the Contact Us Form. They will arrange a time to meet you for a tour. They will give you a detailed explanation of our services and an application form to take home and complete. You and your guardian then choose which services you are interested in and then contact the Service Coordination Team to take the next steps.
A full intake process begins if space and funding are available. You may then try out the service that allows you to experience different aspects of our services. This is called the assessment period; it lasts about six weeks depending on how frequently you attend. Together, we can determine your interests, potential goals and support requirements.
Upon completion of the assessment, a review meeting is held with your support team including a representative from the funding agency to determine if the service is a positive match for you.
